2. Account Registration & Social Login

You may register using your email address or via a social login provider (Google, Facebook, etc.). When using social login:

• You authorise Land2Villa to access only the profile information you consent to during the OAuth flow
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked social account
• You may disconnect your social login from your account settings at any time

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@land2villa.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Land2Villa only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from our platform without written permission
• Use the platform to spam, harass, or solicit other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Violate any applicable Indian or international law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Property Listings

Users who post properties represent and warrant that:

• They have the legal right or authority to list the property
• All listing details including price, location, and specifications are accurate
• Uploaded photos and documents are authentic and not misleading

Land2Villa acts as a platform and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not verify ownership or legal status of listings. Users are advised to conduct independent due diligence before any transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Land2Villa — including logos, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Land2Villa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

By submitting content (listing photos, descriptions, etc.) to our platform, you grant Land2Villa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating our services.

6. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services including social login providers, mapping services, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Land2Villa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any listing or content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Land2Villa and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our platform, including but not limited to losses from property transactions, reliance on listing information, or data loss.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Land2Villa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
